At SparkRideCars, we are committed to ensuring your products are delivered promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage the delivery of digital and physical items purchased through our website.
Digital Product Delivery
Method: All digital items (such as e-tickets or digital downloads) are delivered via email.
Processing Time: Digital items are sent within 24 hours of purchase.
Format: Items are delivered in PDF or digital format and can be presented electronically or printed.
If you don’t receive your digital item:

Contact us at support@sparkridecars.com if it’s still missing

Lost or deleted digital items can be resent upon request
Physical Product Shipping
If you purchase physical merchandise (e.g., SparkRideCars accessories or ride-on vehicles), the following conditions apply:
Carriers Used: Australia Post, UPS, FedEx
Delivery Options:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia and the selected shipping method.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on method and destination.
Free shipping may be available during special promotions or above certain order values.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once the item is shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within Australia.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
If your address falls into a restricted area, you will be notified during checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can track your package using:

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or stolen: If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, email us at support@sparkridecars.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
Order Modifications
Need to make changes? Email support@sparkridecars.com as soon as possible. We can only modify orders before they have been shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information on returns, eligibility, and the refund process. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
